With all the restrictions over Christmas 2020 and the localised tier system, it was necessary for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to have a booking system in place. Over the seven masses we had in the region of 745 people come safely to Church. It was a massive effort and our thanks needs to go to our dedicated teams of stewards and cleaners who enabled things to be done safely from entry, to communion and to leaving our Church. Thank you must also go to our musicians and to all who contributed to making this unusual Christmas just that but more normal.

Gaudete Sunday - This weekend at all the masses we rejoiced at being able to say a proper 'socially distanced' good bye to Fr Tomas. In thanksgiving of Fr Tomas four years here as assistant priest the parish had a collection for him and presented the offering to him.
