Meditation Group
We live in a fast paced and ever changing world, which presents us each day with all sorts of distraction. Christian mediation gives us an opportunity to stop, reflect and refocus our lives by helping us find stillness in which we can pray more easily and discover the presence of God in our lives. The focus of Christian mediation is not ourselves but rather God and his presence in our lives. In silence we enter into the mystery of Christ and are drawn to become more loving people in all our relationships. We take our mind off ourselves in order to see the world as God sees it.
