The Union of Catholic Mothers

The Union of Catholic Mothers is part a national organisation which originated in 1913. Our branch is one of the longest running groups of our parish.
We is open to all women of the parish, whether or not they have children. Our aim is to offer friendship, mutual support and a chance to get to know other parishioners, as well as to witness to the christian teaching on motherhood and family. Our meetings give us a good opportunity to 'catch up' with each other over a cup of tea but also consist of a short informal business meeting and a time for prayer. We also strive to support various activities in the parish whenever possible. If you are interested in joining do not hesitate and come along on a Tuesday afternoon.
When? Every Tuesday at 2pm (meetings are advertised in the parish newsletter)
Where? Parish Meeting Room
